Shipping policy

At FnB Designs, every piece is handmade to order, and we want you to know exactly what to expect from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives.

Processing and Delivery Time

Because each garment is crafted individually to your measurements, please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to be completed and shipped. Delivery time may vary depending on the quantity ordered and your destination country. Larger orders or international shipments may fall toward the higher end of this timeframe.

Where We Ship

We proudly ship across Canada and to select international destinations. Shipping costs and estimated delivery windows are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your garment on its way to you.

Customs and Duties

For international orders, please note that customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of your order or shipping cost.

Delays

While we do our best to meet the 3 week timeframe, please understand that handmade garments occasionally take longer due to the craftsmanship involved or unforeseen circumstances. We will always keep you informed if there is a delay with your order.
