What makes FnB Designs different from other menswear brands?

Every piece we create is handmade and tailored to your exact measurements. We don't mass produce our garments. Each agbada, kaftan, and isiagu is built around the man who will wear it, so the fit and finish are entirely your own.

How do I get measured for a custom fit?

Once you place an order, we'll guide you through submitting your measurements. If you're local to London, Ontario, you're welcome to book an in-person fitting. For everyone else, we provide a simple measurement guide so you can send us accurate dimensions from home.

How long does an order take to complete?

Because every piece is handmade to your measurements, please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to be completed and shipped. Delivery time can vary depending on the quantity ordered and your destination country. We'll keep you updated throughout the process.

Do you ship across Canada and internationally?

Yes. We ship across Canada and to select international destinations. Shipping times and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

What materials do you use?

We work with high quality fabrics sourced with authenticity and durability in mind, chosen to reflect the richness of African tailoring traditions while holding up to everyday wear.

Can I request a custom design or color?

Yes. If you have a specific style, color, or detail in mind, reach out to us before placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate your vision.

What is your return or exchange policy?

We accept returns within 8 weeks of receiving your item, provided it is unworn, unused, and still has its original tags attached. Because our pieces are handmade to your individual measurements, custom and bespoke orders are final sale and cannot be returned unless the item arrives defective or damaged.

How do I care for my FnB Designs garment?

We recommend dry cleaning or gentle hand washing to preserve the fabric and stitching. Specific care instructions will be included with your order based on the materials used.
